ERC Project (MOSTORD)
This project is the largest project to be established between the public and private sectors in Egypt and is the largest financing deals in Africa, with a total production of about 4.7 million tons annually, including about 2.3 million tons of solar in conformity with European specifications. The project will produce 700 thousand tons of gasoline, 600 thousand tons of aviation fuel and 79 thousand tons of cooker besides the production of coal and sulfur.
AMCO were responsible for the welding & fabricated works and the installation of pipes beside the installation of pipes, supports and delivery the work final delivery to the owner.
AMCO have implemented more than 60 thousand inches of different diameters loaded with the installation of the valves and springs where the types of pipes were (stainless steel- Carbon steel – Alloy steel) starting from a diameter of one-half inch and reaching a diameter of 54 inches in different thickness.
AMCO has been assigned for the work of fabricating, installing and welding the air pipes for the equipment works (CLOSED system conduit), we were responsible for the design and the required drawings beside the installation, fabricating and welding.
West Delta Development Project
This project is a joint investment between BP (British Company) and RWE DEA (German Company)
This project can produce 34 million cubic meters of gas per day.
This project is implemented through three sections.
- The first section is the development of the Giza and Fayoum fields. AMCO implemented 5000 diagonal inches of carbon steel, with diameters ranging from 3 inches to 12 inches, with thickness of 3 cm.
- The second section is the development of West Delta gases. AMCO implemented 20,000 diagonal inches of carbon steel, ranging in diameter from 2 inches to 36 inches, with thickness up to 5 cm, and implemented 10,000 diagonal inches of stainless steel, with diameters ranging from 2 inches to 36 inches with thickness up to 5 cm.
- The third section is the development of the Raven field. AMCO implemented 5,000 diagonal inches ranging in diameter from 2 inches to 24 inches, with thickness up to 4 cm.
AMCO implemented many of cold cuts ranges from 12 inches till 24 inches with thickness up to 7cm.
ZOHR Development Project
This project is one of the most important projects in the development of natural gas fields implemented, this field is one of the largest discoveries at the global level.
AMCO, were responsible for Pipe’s welding, fabrication, installation, and final delivery work to the owner, as our productivity was 500Di Inches per day, and the work carried out was of the type of carbon steel and stainless steel starting from a diameter of 0.5DI Inch to a diameter of 48 inch with thicknesses of up to 5 cm.
AMCO have implemented:· 30,000 diagonal inches for fabrication and welding.· 25,000 diagonal inches for Installation, welding and final delivery to the customer.
